1. Work-for-Hire Agreement

All services provided by Beacon Light Publishing are performed on a work-for-hire basis. The specific terms, deliverables, and payment schedules will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties before any work begins.

2. Copyright and Ownership

Upon final payment for services rendered, the author retains 100% of the copyright, intellectual property, and royalties associated with their work. Beacon Light Publishing makes no claim to any ongoing revenue generated by the book.
